Welcome to Akin Holdings. We are a privately held international property holding company.
Akin Holdings was conceptualised in 2002 by 4 friends who decided to pool some money together and invest as a small company into real estate in Czech Republic.
Since then, more friends and acquaintances have joined Akin Holdings, and we are now looking to expand our business beyond Czech Republic to other countries which we feel may have growth potential. In 2012, we established Akin Holdings International Ltd. in Malta, and since 2012, we have established companies in Hungary and Spain.
Currently, we have representations, in Czech Republic, Hungary, Hong Kong, Singapore, China (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou), Latvia, and Spain, seeking properties for us to acquire.
